If you’re looking for counselling, coaching or clinical supervision, you’re in the right place. I offer one-to-one sessions in person in Coxheath, Maidstone, or online across the UK.
I support women and young people to lead their lives with authenticity, resilience, and healthier boundaries, especially when stress, overwhelm, or past experiences have made it hard to feel steady and confident.
I offer one-to-one counselling or coaching sessions online or in person, with a warm, trauma-informed approach that makes space for what you’re carrying while also helping you build practical tools for day-to-day life.
Clinical supervision is a supportive, reflective space for counsellors and coaches to think clearly about their work, strengthen ethical practice, and stay well while holding the emotional weight of supporting others. It helps you explore client work safely, notice patterns and blind spots, and build confidence in your decisions, boundaries, and interventions.
My supervision style is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and practical. We will look at what’s happening in the work, what’s happening in you, and what the wider system is asking of you, so you can practise in a way that is both effective and sustainable. Supervision can include case discussion, ethical dilemmas, risk and safeguarding, endings, workload and burnout, and how to work with nervous system responses in the room.
I welcome supervisees at different stages, including trainees and newly qualified practitioners, and I offer a calm, non-judgemental approach where you can be honest about what feels hard, without fear of being “got wrong”.
I’m Zoe Plant, a trauma-informed counsellor, somatic coach, and clinical supervisor based in Maidstone, Kent. I support women and young people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out to make sense of what they’re experiencing and find a steadier way forward.
My approach is warm, practical, and neurodiversity-affirming. I blend counselling with body-based, nervous-system-aware support, so we are not just talking about change; we are building the safety and capacity to make it possible. I work at your pace, with clear boundaries and a non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Trauma‑Informed Support.
You don’t need to arrive calm, organised or holding it all together. You can come as you are, overwhelmed, exhausted, tearful, scattered, in pain, late, or unsure where to start. You are welcome here.
My work brings together counselling, somatic (body-based) coaching, and psychoeducation around neurodiversity. Together, we look at how your mind, body, nervous system, history and current life pressures all interact.
We may work on:
calming overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, anger, sleep difficulties and chronic pain
untangling shame and self-blame
creating small, realistic changes that work with your brain and energy
navigating big life transitions, including leadership and identity shifts
making sense of ADHD traits, trauma responses or hormonal changes
Easing pressure from school life and friendship groups
We’ll decide together what kind of support feels right for you, whether that’s short-term focused work or longer-term support.

Zoe provided me exactly the support I needed in my sessions with her. She has a unique view on things and asks the kind of questions you would only expect from someone who is really engaged in the conversation. I am incredibly thankful for the help she provided me and truly believe this has helped me with the issues I had. Thank you Zoe.

I accessed Zoe’s care via my work employment scheme and she has been a wonderful listening ear. She shows a genuine sense of caring and a willingness to help. She naturally puts you at ease and it is easy to talk to her. She has been able to support me in some life decisions I had to make and also signpost me to useful resources to support with family life.

I'm extremely pleased with the support Zoe has offered me. When I first started looking for counsellors, I was very open about finding the right fit, and she was it! She's very much a real person and actually makes you feel comfortable. Zoe has a holistic approach, which enables me to talk freely about anything that is bothering me.

I’ve recently started having sessions with Zoe and I am already incredibly comfortable with her. I feel heard and listened to in a non-judgmental way and look forward to the sessions each week. We not only talk through problems together but she gives me techniques and advice for me to be the best person I can be. I’m incredibly excited to continue these sessions and couldn’t recommend a better counsellor/coach.

Working with Zoe has been a pleasure. she has motivated me to challenge my deep rooted fears and has helped me embrace my personality without hesitation. I have seen her empathise with me on situations I thought no one could understand. Her constant commitment and positive outlook to life has given me more confidence in moving forward.
She has used her own experience to learn and shape how she listens to others- with full empathy and understanding. I couldn't have asked fro a better coach.

Working with Zoe has been a pleasure so far. Her support and advice has been invaluable. She has helped me to tackle deep rooted issues, explore my trauma and helps me put practical steps in place to move forward.
She has her own lived experience which means that she can understand and empathise with what I disclose about my life. She is clearly passionate about bettering the lives of others and that really shines through in our sessions.
I look forward to our future sessions and seeing what we can accomplish together. Couldn't ask for a better counsellor/coach!
