Trauma-informed coaching meets emotional healing

The Coachellor Method®️

The Coachellor Method®️ is a unique approach that combines the depth of counselling with the forward‑thinking action of coaching. Unlike traditional counselling, which focuses mainly on understanding deep emotions and healing the past, and unlike coaching, which emphasises setting and achieving future goals, The Coachellor Method®️ does both (an assessment will be carried out after initial conversation to see what level of support you need). It offers trauma‑informed emotional support while also providing practical strategies to help you move forward. This means you get a safe space to process your experiences and the tools to create real change in your life, all within one supportive, informal service.
I specialise in working with women and girls with ADHD, including those navigating perimenopause and menopause. Hormonal shifts can significantly affect ADHD symptoms, and many women find that what they used to cope with suddenly feels overwhelming. My work brings together trauma‑informed counselling skills, nervous‑system awareness and practical ADHD‑friendly tools to help you understand your brain, your body and the impact of these hormonal changes on day‑to‑day life.
Alongside The Coachellor Method®️, I offer specialist ADHD Coaching for women and girls. Together, we explore your traits, strengths and challenges, and support you to manage overwhelm, anxiety and burnout. We focus on building sustainable routines that actually work for you, rather than trying to force yourself into systems that were never designed with ADHD or menopause in mind. Whether you are newly diagnosed, self‑identifying or still exploring, ADHD Coaching gives you a space to be fully yourself without judgement.
Having lived through addiction, having ADHD, and parenting a child with Autism (PDA), ADHD and Dyslexia, I truly understand the feelings of overwhelm, guilt and frustration, and the constant pressure to overachieve and “get it right”, often leading to burnout. I also have a particular interest in how ADHD and perimenopause/menopause interact, and how this can affect mood, energy, memory and self‑confidence for women.
My trauma‑informed approach helps women and parents break free from these cycles, tackle imposter syndrome and not feeling good enough, and find balance between their personal and professional lives. Through one‑to‑one sessions (in person or online), specialist ADHD and menopause‑informed coaching for women and girls, I work with your past, present and future to support you to lead with authenticity, self‑compassion and resilience.
