Education, Empowerment, and Emotional Wellbeing
Empowering Women and parents of Children with Neurodiversity to Break Cycles and Lead with Confidence
Having lived through addiction, undiagnosed ADHD, and domestic violence, I understand the feelings of shame, guilt, regret, and the relentless pressure to overachieve, often leading to burnout. My years in male-dominated sales roles left me feeling “less than” in toxic environments, which pushed me to seek a more meaningful and fulfilling path. This led me to train as a Counsellor and later as a Coach, turning challenges into purpose.
As a mum to a child with autism, ADHD and Dyslexia, working as a Self-Employed Counsellor and Coach and being a wife so running a home, I know the struggles of balancing work and family life. The blurred boundaries, the feeling of losing yourself, and the constant struggle-juggle are all too real. I am also currently completing a Level 7 CMI qualification in Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching and an Advanced Clinical Supervision including Online qualification to enhance my skills and provide even greater support.
With a trauma-informed approach, I help women and parents of children with SEN/SEMH/Neurodiversity break free from cycles of self-doubt, overcome imposter syndrome, and find balance between their personal and professional lives. Through one-on-one sessions and workshops for schools, organisations, and businesses, I educate on the effects of trauma and empower women to lead with authenticity, resilience, and confidence.

Where Counselling Meets Coaching
Coaching with The Coachellor Method®️
My approach is rooted in the belief that real change comes from addressing both mind and body, past, present and future. Neurodiverse families don’t just need support, they need flexibility and understanding. Life isn’t always neat: lateness happens, children burst into rooms during calls, meltdowns aren’t scheduled. There’s no need to apologise, I genuinely understand. You can oftenhear screams of “d-head” and “hacker” from my 11 year old.
That’s why my approach is different. If an hour feels impossible for a SEN parent, we can break it down: 2 x 30-minute sessions, even 4 x 15-minute catch-ups are better than nothing, whatever works for you. I adapt my sessions to fit around your real life, not the other way round.
As a trauma-informed, somatic coach and counsellor (A Coachellor), I offer a safe, compassionate space where your experiences are honoured and your goals are central.
I work with you, not against your reality.
