Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision 1.5 hours

- A structured process where we meet regularly to discuss your work and professional issues. It aims to assist you in learning from your experiences and progression in expertise, ensuring good service to clients or patients. Clinical supervision can be applied across various professions, including mental health, midwifery, and nursing or even teachers and vets. It is essential for professional and personal development as involves reflective practice, problem-solving, and collaboration to enhance clinical and professional practice. £75 per 90 minutes which can be split into 2 45 minute sessions.
1:1 Counselling package
4 x weekly Counselling sessions

- Includes 4 x 1:1 sessions (60-minute sessions) and WhatsApp/telephone support in between sessions.
1:1 Counselling session
50 minute session

- One-off 1:1 Counselling session.
