I’m Zoe, a counsellor, somatic coach and menopause advisor (in training) based in Coxheath, Maidstone, working online across the UK. I specialise in supporting women and girls with ADHD, perimenopause and menopause, using The Coachellor Method® – my blend of counselling and somatic, trauma-informed coaching.
I offer neurodiversity-affirming, flexible support that works with both mind and body. Sessions are shaped around you and your life: we can split sessions, slow the pace, build in breaks, or find creative ways of working that honour your attention, energy, hormones and nervous system. Life is not always predictable – sessions may be interrupted, emotions can surface, plans can change – and you are still welcome here, without apology.
As someone with ADHD and fibromyalgia, and a mum to an autistic, ADHD and dyslexic son, I understand first-hand how exhausting it can be to hold everything together while feeling like you are “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. I know how ADHD, trauma and hormonal shifts (especially in perimenopause and menopause) can overlap and intensify each other, and how often women and girls are dismissed as “just anxious” or “just hormonal”.
In my work, I support women, young people and parents who are navigating ADHD traits, neurodiversity, trauma, perimenopause and menopause, as well as the impact of caring roles, work stress, shame and burnout. Together, we make sense of what is happening in your brain and body, reduce self-blame, and build practical tools for managing stress, overwhelm, brain fog and emotional intensity.
Whether you are a teenager trying to understand your ADHD, a woman in perimenopause suddenly “not coping” like you used to, or a parent or professional who is burnt out from holding it all, this is a space where your reality is believed. My aim is to help you feel genuinely understood, better resourced, and more able to move forward in a way that fits you.
